During a trip to Belize in October 2022, Monica Seidl was having a conversation with Hon Alex Balona about community needs in San Antonio. One of his goals and dreams was to have an ambulance for their area. During Christmas week it was decided that an ambulance would be the next project for Belize Blessings. That same day, a coworker shared about the local Kalama Fire Department selling an ambulance. The following week an agreement was made to purchase the ambulance. It took one month to raise the money needed to purchase the ambulance thanks to a few individuals, Longview Kiwanis, and both Longview and Kelso Rotary clubs. The next step in the story is to load the ambulance with needed medical supplies and transport it to Belize in October 2023
